Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, André is the Founding Partner and CEO of BRAVA, MACA Advisors’ institutional partner in Brazil. Before founding BRAVA, André worked for 7 years in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup in São Paulo and New York and was a Partner at Banco BR Partners for 4 years. During more than 15 years working in the financial market, André advised on more than 40 mergers and acquisitions transactions, debt restructurings and debt and equity issuances, including IPOs and follow on equity offerings.

With a degree in Business Administration from Handelshochschule Leipzig (HHL) university, an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France and an Executive Program in Finance from the Booth School of Business in Chicago, Thomas is a Partner at BRAVA, MACA Advisors’ institutional partner in Brazil. Before joining BRAVA in 2020, Thomas worked for 9 years at Citigroup in Brazil and Germany, where he served as Director of the M&A area, advising clients from different sectors such as financial services, healthcare, chemical industry, among others. Thomas began his career in Asset Management and Investment Banking, at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, respectively, both in Germany. Furthermore, he worked at the Private Equity firm Emerging Capital in Brazil. With more than 15 years of experience, Thomas has been involved in several domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as in capital market situations such as debt and equity issuances.

Before joining BRAVA, Carlos worked in the Investment Banking area of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in the strategic planning area of the Esporte Interativo channel.
