Roles

Summer Analyst

• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese for Brazil hires).
• Location: Based in Latin America or the U.S.
• Education: Enrolled in one of our core programs.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.7 or equivalent.

Analyst

• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese for Brazil hires).
• Location: Based in Latin America or the U.S.
• Education: Currently enrolled or graduated from one of our core programs.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.7 or equivalent.

Senior Analyst

• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese for Brazil hires).
• Location: Based in Latin America or the U.S.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm. Candidates with prior experience as a Summer Analyst may qualify for placement as Senior Analyst 1.
• Education: Currently enrolled or graduated from one of our core programs.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.7 or equivalent.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and technical skills.

Summer Associate

• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese for Brazil hires).
• Location: Based in Latin America or the U.S.
• Experience: At least two years as an Analyst at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm.
• Education: Currently enrolled in one of our core programs.
• Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.7 or equivalent.

Associate Director

• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese for Brazil hires).
• Location: Based in Latin America or the U.S.
• Experience: Minimum of two years at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm.
• Education: Preferably graduated from one of our core programs.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage teams of Analysts. Exceptional communication and technical skills. Extensive experience executing M&A transactions.
• Preference: Prior experience as a Summer Associate preferred for MBA hires.

Vice President

• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese for Brazil hires).
• Location: Based in Latin America or the U.S.
• Experience: Previously a VP (or up for VP promotion) at a bulge bracket or elite boutique firm.
• Education: Preferably graduated from one of our core programs.
• Skills: Proven ability to manage teams of Associates and Analysts. Exceptional communication and technical skills. Extensive experience leading M&A transactions. Strong commercial acumen and desire to develop origination capabilities.
