Jaime is the co-founder of MACA Advisors. He leads coverage of clients in Mexico, and serves as Senior Managing Director, leading the firm’s operations and acting as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to founding MACA Advisors, he spent 9 years at UBS in a variety of roles, most recently as head of Latin America advisory for the consumer, healthcare, real estate, TMT and infrastructure sectors, in addition to being a senior member of the Latin America M&A team.
