Jose Luis is the founder and Chairman of MACA Advisors, and has spent the last 28 years of his career in senior roles at global investment banks, including at UBS, J.P. Morgan and predecessor firm Bear Stearns. Most recently, Jose Luis served as Vice Chairman of Latin America and Global M&A at UBS, where he was responsible for the investment banking advisory business in Latin America. He has senior relationships across Latin America and has personally executed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $200 billion.
