Omar is a Senior Managing Director at MACA Advisors and serves as Country Head Peru.

He brings over three decades of investment banking, private equity, and venture capital experience across Latin America and the United States. He has held senior roles at leading global financial institutions in New York and Lima, advising on landmark transactions across industries.

Omar also brings a deep track record as a principal investor, having led and structured capital across early-stage ventures and growth equity platforms. Based in Lima, he leads MACA’s presence in Peru and plays a key role in cross-border transactions across the region.

Miguel is a Senior Analyst at MACA Advisors. He was the first external hire at MACA and is based in Lima.

Prior to MACA, he worked at two investment banking boutiques based in London and Geneva. Originally from Lima, Miguel holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from ESADE Business School.
